Wenjin has embraced the advances in technology to develop the general insurance business. With the ultimate intention of delivering the very best online experience in the entire industry, it set up a web development project to build a digital platform to increase visibility, promote services and improve customer service.

We built a mobile-friendly website that is easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. An intuitive set of navigation and self-service tools, including quotation requests, is created. Current customers now have a separate area for making claims and downloading pertinent forms, improving communication between Wenjin and customers. The new site features a refreshed interface that incorporates big bold images, icons and a simplified design. This helps make the insurance products and concepts easier to understand and retain. The “What We Do” section puts Wenjin’s range of insurance services front and center. This makes it easier to see. We include real testimonials from real customers because they help build trust. The new Wenjin Insurance site boosts their brand by making information readily available, getting quotes easy and making claims accessible.
Wenjin wanted a refreshing feel to their new site that would be more appealing to the users. We provided a few design mockups for selection. At the same time, we used a wireframe to visualize the layout, making sure the site is as efficient to use as possible. Our design direction was to have a clean web-front in green and red color scheme, aligned with the company logo colors. Since this is Wenjin’s first website, we had to create the site content from zero. Using an extensive discovery process, we captured the most relevant product/service information and images.
Before we launch the website, it was imperative that the site works as designed. We invited the user to test and experience the site first-hand. We made sure that we could navigate the site and access its core content, all the links and buttons worked as they should, the content looked right in every page of the website, a completed contact form could be sent and delivered successfully. We conducted a review of the mobile site in order to give Wenjin maximum exposure to their audiences.
To increase leads through the website, we helped set up a messaging app that lets Wenjin monitor and chat with visitors on your website. Behind the scenes, we ensure we were following the guidelines for optimizing images so as to deliver a seamless visual transition. We made it a point that every page has a contact form so that there is no chance that any customer enquiry will be missed.
Wenjin’s online presence has been established with a new contemporary website that is optimized for mobile devices. Built on Wix Content Management System, Wenjin’s in-house team can now update content on their site without the need for our involvement. The custom website structure and functionality now suits Wenjin’s needs perfectly and presents a professional image of Wenjin Enterprises. For the first 2 months since the site launch, Wenjin’s website has seen a 33% increase in overall site visits with 25% of the site visitors, now accessing Wenjin through a mobile device.
